Litigation Solicitor - Stourbridge
A reputable law firm in Stourbridge with a high staff retention rate is now seeking a Commercial/Civil Litigation Solicitor NQ or experienced Paralegal to join its growing team. .
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to run their own caseload, take real ownership of matters and develop within a supportive and forward-thinking litigation practice.
The Role
You will be involved in a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters, including (but not limited to):
- Shareholder and director disputes
- Breach of contract claims
- Contested probate disputes
- Insolvency-related litigation
- Property and landlord & tenant disputes
The role offers genuine responsibility from the outset, with autonomy over files while benefiting from close collaboration and mentoring within the team.
About You
Our client is keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
- Qualification as an NQ Solicitor (or imminent qualification), or experience as a Litigation Paralegal within a commercial/civil disputes setting
- The ability (or confidence to develop) to manage a caseload with supervision
- Strong drafting, research and client communication skills
- A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach
- A genuine interest in complex and varied litigation work
