Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a Marketing Administrator to support a busy marketing team across a range of digital and administrative activities.

This role will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations, including managing enquiries, updating website content, and supporting marketing campaigns. By taking ownership of routine tasks, this role will enable the wider team to focus on strategic marketing activity and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Inbox and Enquiry Management Monitor and manage shared inboxes Respond to enquiries or route them to relevant teams Ensure timely and professional communication with schools and stakeholders

Website Updates and Content Support Upload and update website content such as news, policies and pages Maintain consistency across multiple websites Support content collation for larger website projects

Marketing and Social Media Support Schedule and upload social media content Assist with email campaigns and newsletters Support basic reporting and performance tracking

General Marketing and Administrative Support Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team Support ad hoc projects as required

Skills and Experience

Essential Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Good written communication skills Comfortable using digital systems and tools Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload

Desirable Experience with website content management systems (Umbraco & WordPress) Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools Experience with email marketing platforms Previous marketing or administrative experience

Personal Attributes Proactive and reliable Able to work independently in a remote environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong team player
