London Hybrid Working
A well-regarded law firm in London is looking to add a Real Estate Paralegal to its growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Paralegal who is looking to gain high-quality experience, strong client exposure and long-term development within a supportive legal environment. The successful Real Estate Paralegal will join a busy and collaborative team handling a broad range of commercial and residential real estate matters.

The Role
The successful Real Estate Paralegal will work closely with solicitors and partners across a broad mix of real estate transactions.
The work will include supporting on acquisitions, disposals, leases, licences, property finance matters, due diligence, Land Registry applications, SDLT submissions and post-completion work.
There will also be exposure to client contact, file management, drafting legal documents and assisting with transaction coordination from start to finish.
This role would suit someone who enjoys detailed legal work, wants meaningful responsibility and is looking to develop within a busy and well-regarded real estate team.
The Real Estate Paralegal
The firm is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal with:
- Previous experience in real estate, commercial property or residential property
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience with Land Registry and post-completion processes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good drafting and client communication skills
- A proactive, professional and personable approach
- A genuine interest in building a career in real estate law
