Management Accountant

Fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a market leading business as a Management Accountant to join a growing finance team based in Addlestone. This is a hands-on role with strong exposure to month-end, business partnering and systems, ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical accounting with commercial insight. NetSuite experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and variance analysis
• Own the month-end close process, ensuring robust controls and reconciliations
• Maintain and develop reporting within NetSuite, driving improvements in data quality and insight
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and reforecasts, working closely with budget holders
• Provide clear financial analysis and commentary to support decision-making
• Support year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements across finance systems and reporting

Requirements:

• Qualified ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
  
• Previous experience in using Netsuite
  
• Excellent communications skills
  
• Advanced Excel
  
• Proven experience in process improvements
