A well-established residential property business based near East Oxford are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Lettings Administrator to join its busy team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of rental properties, ensuring a smooth experience for landlords, tenants and contractors alike. This position would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
_ Managing tenancy administration and associated paperwork
_ Coordinating property inspections, check-ins and check-outs
_ Responding to enquiries by phone, email and in person
_ Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers
_ Organising maintenance works and monitoring progress
_ Maintaining accurate property records and compliance documentation
_ Processing rental payments and updating internal systems
_ Supporting the wider office team with general administration duties
About you:
_ Previous experience in lettings, property administration or customer service preferred but not essential
_ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
_ Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
