Job Description

Are you an experienced Executive Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves keeping busy senior leaders organised, focused, and one step ahead?

We re recruiting for a highly professional Executive PA to provide dedicated support to Directors within a well-established and forward-thinking organisation. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

As a PA you re responsibilities will include:

  • Providing complex diary management
  • Coordinating meetings and travel
  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Processing expenses, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
  • Managing changing priorities efficiently while maintaining exceptional organisation and discretion at all times

The successful candidate will need to have the following:

  • Previous experience supporting senior management or Directors in a similar PA or Senior Administration Support role
  • Be proactive, resilient, and confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong IT skills and a competent MS Office user
  • Strong organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to juggle changing priorities are essential
  • Ability to drive and access to own vehicle.

Based in Bangor, Gwynedd, this is a permanent hybrid role requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office, with the remainder working from home and occasional travel to Chester as and when required by the business.

Working hours are 39.75 per week with flexible/agile working between 7:30am 7:30pm Monday to Friday. In exchange you will receive a competitive annual salary circa £35,000 per annum plus company benefits
