Family Solicitor Bristol
This Family opportunity is to work with a highly ranked family Partner in Bristol and is a genuinely nice opportunity for a family solicitor who wants good-quality work in a supportive environment, and the chance to learn from an inspiring Head of Department who is known for being hands-on, approachable and invested in her team.
The family team has a strong reputation across the South West, it has a real focus on doing things the right way - helping clients understand their options, resolving matters sensibly where possible, and only pushing things to court when it's truly needed.
You'll have your own caseload from day one, but you won't be on your own - there's plenty of support, particularly on more complex, high-net-worth work!
What you'll be doing
- Divorce and financial matters
- Private children work
- Advising unmarried couples
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- HNW cases involving businesses, property portfolios and trusts
There's also a strong focus on resolving things outside of court where possible - so you'll get exposure to mediation, round table meetings and other forms of dispute resolution.
A bit about you
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE
- Solid experience in Private Family and Children matters
- Enjoys building relationships and takes a practical, down-to-earth approach
