The Hotel Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage rotas, develop the team, and work closely with the kitchen brigade to deliver outstanding guest experiences. • Oversee day-to-day restaurant service
• Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team
• Manage staffing levels and rotas

• Drive service standards and revenue

Key Requirements Hotel Restaurant Manager

• Proven experience as a Hotel Restaurant Manager or senior restaurant leader
• Background in hotel or quality dining environments
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Calm, polished, and guest-focused
• Commercial awareness
• Flexible to work a rota of shifts
