Job Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, and shortlist suitable candidates for a range of client vacancies across multiple industries
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising roles, screening applications, conducting interviews, and presenting shortlisted candidates to clients
  • Negotiate offers and employment terms with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the CRM system
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the agency through proactive networking and outreach
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment journey
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance recruitment strategies



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service roles is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and candidate sourcing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in recruitment or HR are advantageous but not essential
