We are recruiting for a dedicated Chef de Partie to join a well-established country house hotel in the Lymington / New Forest area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef to become part of a professional and supportive kitchen team within a high-quality hospitality environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a busy kitchen, while maintaining excellent standards of food safety, cleanliness, and consistency. This role would suit a passionate chef looking to further develop their skills in a professional setting.

• 
  Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in line with recipes and quality standards.
• 
  Assist with meal preparation to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• 
  Maintain cleanliness and organisation across kitchen workstations and equipment.
• 
  Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
• 
  Support the organisation of ingredients and stock levels to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• 
  Ensure dishes are presented to a high standard and served at the correct temperature.

  Previous experience in a Chef de Partie or similar kitchen role.
• 
  Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and kitchen procedures.
• 
  Good understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
• 
  Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• 
  Strong attention to detail with a pride in presentation and quality.
• 
  Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
