Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

DURING BUSIER TIMES YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS BUT YOU GET THE TIME BACK IN LIEU

Our client are looking to recruit a Handy man for their student accommodation site in Leicester City Centre.

Main Duties:

• Carry out basic repairs and maintenance (walls, doors, fixtures, furniture)
• Assist plumbers and electricians with simple tasks (leaks, lights, sockets)
• Do painting and decorating touch-ups
• Assemble furniture and install shelves
• Help with cleaning gutters, jet washing, and basic outdoor work
• Keep work areas clean and safe
• Use tools, ladders, and PPE safely

Requirements:

• Basic maintenance/handyman skills
• Able to use hand and power tools
• Follow safety rules and instructions
