SEND Behaviour Support Assistant - Psychology Graduate Role

Are you a Psychology Graduate with a strong interest in behaviour, mental health, and SEND ? Looking to take your first step into a rewarding role within education?

Aspire People are recruiting for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work within a primary school setting, supporting pupils with SEMH needs, Autism, and behavioural challenges . This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children to overcome barriers to learning.

The Role:
Supporting pupils with emotional, behavioural, and social development
Assisting with behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques
Helping pupils regulate emotions and engage positively in learning
Supporting classroom activities and structured interventions
Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
Promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment

What You'll Gain:

The Ideal Candidate:
Psychology graduate or similar background

The Role Details:
Full-time, Monday to Friday (term-time only)
