Structured Finance Paralegal US Law Firm LondonA leading US law firm in London is seeking a Structured Finance Paralegal to join its high-performing Finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Paralegal to gain exposure to complex, high-value structured finance transactions, working within a fast-paced, top-tier international environment.
The Structured Finance Paralegal's RoleThe successful Structured Finance Paralegal will support a busy and collaborative team advising on a broad range of structured finance and securitisation matters.
You will be involved in:
- Assisting on structured finance and securitisation transactions
- Supporting on CLOs, ABS and other capital markets products
- Drafting and reviewing transaction documents
- Managing due diligence processes and document review exercises
- Coordinating signing and closing processes
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and internal teams across multiple jurisdictions
This role offers hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of transactions, with close support from Associates and Partners.
The Structured Finance ParalegalTo be considered, you will:
- Have prior experience within finance, banking, or capital markets (structured finance experience desirable)
- Hold a Law degree (or equivalent), with LPC / SQE completed or in progress
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Show a genuine interest in structured finance and complex transactions
