The Real Estate Paralegal's Role The successful Real Estate Paralegal will support the Property team on a wide range of transactions and matters, assisting fee earners with both legal and administrative responsibilities. The Real Estate Paralegal will be involved in preparing legal documentation, conducting searches, drafting correspondence, liaising with clients and third parties, managing case files and supporting transactions through to completion. The role will offer exposure to a variety of property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, transfers, leases and general real estate work.
