What you'll be doing:

  • Managing your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion
  • Handling a varied and high-quality workload while meeting performance targets
  • Working closely with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
  • Delivering clear, concise, and commercially practical advice
  • Maintaining high standards of risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships
  • Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the department
  • Collaborating with colleagues as part of a supportive and high-performing team

About you:

  • Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years' PQE
  • Strong experience in residential property law
  • Confident managing your own caseload independently
  • Solid understanding of compliance and risk management
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a genuine enthusiasm to develop
