The Role
As a Pastoral Manager, you will be at the heart of the school's support system, working closely with students, families, and staff to ensure every learner is supported, safe, and ready to succeed.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading on student wellbeing, behaviour, and attendance within a designated year group
Building strong relationships with students, acting as a trusted and consistent point of support
Managing behaviour interventions and promoting positive conduct across the school
Working closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, and safeguarding leads
Liaising with parents/carers to ensure a joined-up approach to student support
Supporting students facing social, emotional, or behavioural challenges
Contributing to safeguarding and child protection procedures
