At the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), our work shapes policies and services that make a real difference, from tackling homelessness and supporting vulnerable people, to strengthening local government and building sustainable communities.
We're looking for three Senior Data Engineers to help build, operate and continuously improve critical data systems that inform decisions across government.
The roles
We're recruiting for three Senior Data Engineer positions across two key teams:
Vulnerable People Statistics Team
You'll support insight and analysis that informs policy for some of the most vulnerable people in society. A central part of this work is the Homelessness Case Level Information Collection (H CLIC), a national longitudinal dataset used to produce analysis, publications and dashboards that shape homelessness policy and decision making.
Consolidated Data Store (CDS) team
You'll help develop and run the Consolidated Data Store (CDS), a business critical departmental platform that:
