This is a senior leadership role within Justice Digital, Data and Science, leading delivery excellence across End User Computing services at national scale.

As a Lead Delivery Manager, you'll set standards, shape strategy, and enable high performing teams delivering digital services used across 1,000+ sites and 110,000 devices.

What you'll be responsible for

As a Lead Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Set the standard for delivery management across End User Computing
  • Lead and grow a Community of Practice for delivery professionals
  • Coach, mentor and develop delivery managers across multiple teams
  • Influence strategy, policy and delivery decisions at senior levels
  • Lead recruitment to build strong, sustainable delivery capability
  • Enable delivery across complex, multi team and cross functional programmes
  • Represent End User Computing internally, across government and with industry

You'll operate confidently in complex, high impact environments.
