Job Description

Talent Guardian are working with a fast-paced business based in Poole who are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Associate to join their team.

This is a great opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing accounts, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer journey.

The role:
  • Managing inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Handling queries, complaints, and order updates
  • Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems
  • Supporting with orders, deliveries, and returns
  • Liaising with internal teams to keep customers informed
  • Proactively managing accounts and identifying opportunities to enhance service
What we're looking for:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills (phone and written)
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Proactive and solutions-focused
  • Comfortable using multiple systems
