Talent Guardian are working with a fast-paced business based in Poole who are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Associate to join their team.
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing accounts, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer journey.
The role:
- Managing inbound and outbound customer calls
- Handling queries, complaints, and order updates
- Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems
- Supporting with orders, deliveries, and returns
- Liaising with internal teams to keep customers informed
- Proactively managing accounts and identifying opportunities to enhance service
What we're looking for:
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication skills (phone and written)
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Proactive and solutions-focused
- Comfortable using multiple systems
