Job Description

A well-established organisation based in Windsor is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join its team in a part-time role. This position sits within a busy marketing and business development function, supporting the delivery of services and managing relationships.

This role will suit someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with a range of stakeholders and able to manage a varied workload within a professional environment. Experience or an interest in marketing would be advantageous, as there may be scope for the role to develop in the future.

This is a part-time role, either 3 days per week or school hours across 4 to 5 days.

Salary £29,993 pro rata (approximately £17,995).

The role

  • Managing enquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of communication and responsiveness
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Supporting onboarding processes and coordinating with internal teams
  • Reviewing information and ensuring accurate processing, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Maintaining CRM systems and ensuring all data is up to date
  • Liaising with internal teams including marketing and finance
  • Proactively following up on enquiries to support engagement and conversion
  • Supporting wider business development and relationship management activity

About you

  • Previous experience in a sales, business development, customer-focused or relationship-based role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders, including presenting or communicating at different levels
  • Excellent attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of customer management or sales processes
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent would be advantageous
  • Experience working with diverse customer groups or international stakeholders would be beneficial
