Job Description

Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm

We are looking for a reliable and organised to join our team in a busy industrial environment. This role is ideal for someone who is confident with computers, accurate with paperwork, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records

  • General office administration and data entry

  • Supporting management and operational teams with documentation

  • Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner

  • Ensuring files and systems are kept up to date

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, email systems)

  • Previous administration experience preferred

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines

  • Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
