Permanent Role September Start Inner London MPS/UPS: £40,317 - £62,496

Are you a Geography teacher who wants to work in a school where students are academically ambitious, behaviour is excellent, and Humanities outcomes are consistently strong?

A high-performing, oversubscribed secondary school in Camden is seeking an exceptional Geography Teacher to join a well-established and forward-thinking Humanities faculty from September.

This is a rare opportunity to teach in a school where Geography is a popular, high-attaining subject, with strong uptake at both GCSE and A-Level.

  • Support students in achieving top grades through targeted GCSE and A-Level exam preparation

  • Contribute to a rich programme of fieldwork, including urban and coastal studies

  • Play a key role in maintaining the department's strong academic outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • A qualified Geography Teacher (QTS) or strong ECT

  • Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Geography in a real-world context

  • Someone who can deliver engaging, structured, and academically rigorous lessons

  • A teacher committed to raising attainment and closing gaps

  • A team player who wants to contribute to a high-performing department

What You'll Gain

  • Opportunity to teach in a high-achieving, well-led school

  • Access to centralised schemes of work, shared resources, and expert support

  • Strong CPD programme and leadership development opportunities

  • A clear pathway for progression into middle leadership roles

  • A school culture built on high expectations, respect, and academic success

  • Competitive salary on the Inner London MPS/UPS (£40,317 - £62,496)

This role is ideal for a teacher who wants to work in a school where standards are high, students are motivated, and Geography is thriving.
