Description
- Produce and present monthly management accounts to inform commercial decisions.
- Analyse financial performance and deliver clear, actionable insight to stakeholders.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activity to support delivery of financial targets.
- Maintain and enhance financial controls, reporting and governance frameworks.
- Partner with budget holders to monitor spend and improve resource efficiency.
- Support year-end processes, audits and ongoing regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis, projects and business cases.
- Continuously review and improve accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Profile
- Proven experience across management accounting, reporting and financial control
- Highly detail-focused, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and complex financial data
- Confident communicator who enjoys supporting and developing others
- Solid knowledge of statutory reporting, VAT and HMRC requirements
- Proactive and improvement-focused, with a hands-on approach to challenges
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
