Extrusion Operative

Baltic Recruitment is excited to be working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Newton Aycliffe, and we're currently hiring multiple Production/Extrusion Operatives to join their growing team.

Duties -

• Operate the extrusion line efficiently and in accordance with standard procedures.
• Manufacture products to exact specifications and meet production targets.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure product consistency.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately and on time.
• Report any machinery issues or production concerns to your manager.
• Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

Salary: 27,000 + 1,200 shift allowance per annum

Salary increase up to 30,000 with progression.

Shift Pattern: Continental shifts - 2 days, 2 nights (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)
