Training & Engagement: Deliver and co-ordinate health and safety training covering PPE, Induction, Chemical handling, production activities, first aid, emergency response, mental health first aid, fire marshals and equipment safety. Support operational managers and SLT in coaching staff, reinforcing daily safe operating practices. Lead the Health and Safety Committee to drive employee engagement and participation in continuous improvement practices.
