Kinetic Recruitment are working with a well-established ventilation business based in Denton, who are looking to bring in a Counter Sales Assistant to join their team.
This is a hands-on, multi-functional role covering counter sales, driving, warehouse duties, and basic administration, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the branch.
This is a full-time, permanent position with future progression into Assistant Branch Manager for the right person.
Role:
Serving customers on the trade counter and processing sales
Supporting internal and external customers with product enquiries
Carrying out driving duties for deliveries and collections where required
Assisting with warehouse operations including goods in/out and stock control
Completing basic administrative tasks to support branch operations
Supporting overall branch efficiency and daily workflow
Working as part of a small team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and hands-on approach (essential)
Previous experience in a trade counter, warehouse, or similar environment
Good communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn product knowledge and develop within the role
Ability to multitask across different areas of the business
Full UK driving licence preferred
Details:
Salary 26,000 - 32,000 depending on experience
