Senior Quantity Surveyor

Benjamin Grace are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce CVR/CTC, cost reports, and forecasts

• Manage cash flow and commercial performance

• Oversee EWNs, CEs, applications, claims, and disputes

• Lead subcontract procurement, negotiation, and payments

• Ensure robust contract management and risk mitigation

• Build strong client and supply chain relationships

• Support and mentor junior commercial staff

About You

• Proven experience in Quantity Surveying

• Strong in cost control, reporting, and contracts

• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills

• Infrastructure / rail experience desirable
