Key Responsibilities Produce CVR/CTC, cost reports, and forecasts Manage cash flow and commercial performance Oversee EWNs, CEs, applications, claims, and disputes Lead subcontract procurement, negotiation, and payments Ensure robust contract management and risk mitigation Build strong client and supply chain relationships Support and mentor junior commercial staff About You Proven experience in Quantity Surveying Strong in cost control, reporting, and contracts Excellent stakeholder and communication skills Infrastructure / rail experience desirable This permanent vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Benjamin-Grace Limited who are operating as an Employment Agency.
