Chalk Hill Group are supporting a growing SME operating in the Automotive sector and based in Southampton. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director.
The Role
This is a pivotal role at the heart of the business, providing dedicated support to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of their schedule and assisting with a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a busy and ever-changing diary
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Acting as a key point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Supporting with general administrative duties and ad hoc projects
About You:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar Administrative position
- Automotive/Motor/Car Dealership sector experience
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to prioritise effectively and work independently
- Discreet and professional with a high level of integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
