We're working with a well-established grower packer of resh produce supplying major UK retailers, who are now looking for a Technical / Compliance Lead to play a pivotal role within a close-knit, high-performing technical team.
This is a hands-on, site-focused role where you'll drive standards, culture, and continuous improvement across growing, packing, and grading operations.

Own the QMS & compliance landscape
Lead audits & accreditations
Drive performance & KPIs
Champion food safety & quality culture
Be the technical voice on site
Manage specifications & compliance
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Strong Technical / Compliance background within fresh produce
Proven experience managing QMS & HACCP systems
Audit experience across BRCGS and retailer standards
Confident leading audits and dealing with customers
Hands-on approach - visible on site and engaged with teams
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capability
