What you'll be doing
With full training and ongoing support, you'll learn how to:
Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and networking
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
Match candidates to suitable vacancies
Manage the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
Make outbound calls to develop new and existing business
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
