We are working with a business based on the outskirts of Norwich who is looking to appoint a Sales Administrator on an initial six-month fixed term contract. The role is expected to become permanent for the right person. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and reliable individual to support a busy sales team and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Liaising with customers and internal teams
- Maintaining and updating sales records and systems
- Assisting with invoicing and general office administration
- Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a sales administration or office-based role
- Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- A proactive and team-focused approach
