The Role

As a Behaviour Support Worker, you'll play a key part in helping students stay engaged in learning and on track with their personal development goals.

You will:

• Support students in the classroom to stay focused and engaged
• Help manage behaviour in a positive, proactive way
• Deliver and reinforce tailored interventions and development plans
• Build strong, trusting relationships with students
• Support social skills, communication, and emotional regulation
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to create a consistent approach

What We're Looking For

• A calm, patient, and positive attitude
• A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs
• Confidence in managing behaviour and building rapport
• Experience with children or young people is helpful, but not essential
• An interest in education, psychology, or youth work is a bonus
