Clinical Negligence Solicitor

We're working with a highly ranked Legal 500 firm who are looking to add a Solicitor to their Clinical Negligence team in Birmingham.

This is a specialist, well established team handling a broad range of complex, high-value clinical negligence matters, including obstetric, neonatal, surgical, cardiac and psychiatric cases. The focus is firmly claimant side, with a strong emphasis on supporting clients and families through life-changing circumstances with clear, empathetic advice.

The role would suit an NQ-3 PQE Solicitor with exposure to medical negligence, who is confident managing their own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on more complex, high-value matters.
