EYFS Teacher - ECTs Accepted - L8 area

Milk Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a supportive primary school in the L8 area of Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced teachers or early career teachers (ECTs) ready to make a real impact on pupils' learning and development.

You will be working in a two-form entry school in a local community and will be supported by an experienced classroom teaching assistant and a SEN Teaching assistant. The role will start mid-May for 6-8 weeks to cover an operating leave, so it may be extended.

The Role
  • Full-time: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday
  • EYFS class in a welcoming, inclusive primary school
  • Support for pupils with their learning and development

You will lead the classroom, deliver engaging lessons, and provide tailored support to ensure all children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum (share planning with the EYFS team)
  • Support and differentiate for pupils with SEN and additional needs
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
  • Track pupil progress and contribute to assessments and reporting
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, SENCO, and school leaders
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECTs are welcomed
  • Experience in EYFS class
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEN is desirable
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Passion for helping children achieve their full potential
  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
