Mobile Maintenance Electrician

The Company:
A principal contractor (T/O c£30m) who provide a range of installations and maintenance services for specialist rail / depot systems and facilities within a rail environment across the UK, Middle East and North America.

The Role:
You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical services for specialist rail / depot systems including power, pumps, motors, actuators and control panels in train depots between Chesterfield and Milton Keynes.
You may also carry out some traditional building services maintenance within the depots.

The business is in a period of growth and the rail sector is very secure and not linked to the wider economy.

The Person:
It is essential that you are a fully qualified electrician, preferably with testing and inspection - C&G 2391 or 2394/5 but this isn't essential.

The Salary:

Salary £42k
40 hours a week
30 minutes each way travel in your own time
25 days holiday + 3%/5% pension
O/T is readily available - rates are x 1.5 (£24.22 Saturday) and (£32.30 Sunday)
Weekend standby allowance is £200 - rota is 1 in 4. First call out is paid at £200
