An excellent opportunity for a Graduate Chemist or Technologist looking to develop technical expertise, with full training and long-term progression opportunities.

This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in materials processing, equipment operation, and industrial production systems, working closely with a technical manager and eventually progressing into the same role.

The company is a well-established manufacturer supplying bespoke solutions across industries including aerospace, oil & gas, food, and chemical processing.

The Role

• Monitoring production processes
• Look after product development projects
• Monday to Friday, day-based role with overtime opportunities

The Person

• Degree or background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
• Interest in manufacturing processes, materials behaviour, and industrial systems
• Willingness to learn and develop technical and practical skills
• Any hands-on or laboratory experience is advantageous but not essential

All in all, this is a great chance to work in a technically challenging role with progression to technical manager in 2 years.
