Location: Redditch Full Time
Salary: £12.71-£13.00/hour + Overtime Bonus On Site

We re working with a well-established, family-run UK manufacturing business that is looking to bring in an Assembly Operative (Deburr / Linish) to join their growing team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Working within the production team and reporting to the Production Cell Supervisor, you ll play a key role in ensuring finished components meet high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deburring parts produced from laser and saw departments
• Removing weld penetration in line with engineering drawings
• Using a variety of hand tools to finish components
• Working to strict quality standards and procedures
• Managing workloads against production deadlines and changing priorities

Requirements

• Experience in a similar manufacturing / production role (ideal but not essential)
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative
• Flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing workloads
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
