Milk Education are working closely with a welcoming primary school in Rotherham who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a positive, inclusive school environment.
The Role:Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on experience)
Working 1:1 or with small groups to support learning and development
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
Has experience working with children in a primary school or similar setting
Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic about education
Has strong communication and teamwork skills
Is adaptable and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Holds a relevant qualification (desirable but not essential)
