Class Teacher

St John's Primary School and Nursery is a nurturing, inclusive and successful primary school in the heart of Kenilworth. We are looking for an exceptional, inspirational class teacher, in either Key stage 1 or 2, to join our forward thinking and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity as we are looking to grow our talented teaching team as the school is expanding. There may be a possibility for the successful candidate to be offered a permanent contract.

As a class teacher in our school, you will have high expectations of yourself and your children. We are looking for a team player and that special someone who subscribes to our ethos. You will need:

• An excellent understanding of how children learn best in a happy and secure setting
• The ability to form excellent relationships with parents, carers, staff and stakeholders
• Knowledge and understanding of what makes an outstanding learning environment
• Have a passion for excellence and share our vision
• Are highly motivated and enthusiastic
• Able to contribute to and work collaboratively as part of a team
