ABOUT THE ROLE

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To support the sales and account management function of the Music and Live Events division
- To support and handle the processes and administration of new and existing business for the Entertainment department, specific to commercial policies within Music and Entertainment, but also working with clients on Event Cancellation and Non-Appearance requirements
- Support a number of team members throughout the processing of insurance policies ensuring renewals, MTAs and enquiries are processed and handled accurately and in a timely manner
- Evaluate and document processes for the team's varied clientele
- Any other departmental responsibilities as required
- Your primary office location will be London where you would be expected to work at least three days each week
Compliance & Training
- Adhere to all company & FCA policies and procedures as instructed
- Carry out all training provided to deadlines prescribed
- Execute the responsibilities of a company employee acting in a lawful and ethical manner in accordance with your contract of employment and company staff handbook
- Work with department Director / Line Manager to manage own professional development, including performance appraisal and identifying and meeting training needs in order to ensure competence and compliance with FCA regulations
ABOUT YOU EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Competent in Maths and excellent literacy for client communications
- Minimum 2 years commercial insurance experience expected.
- Commercial Insurance qualifications are a plus
