L2 Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting a Level 2 Teaching Assistant for a friendly primary school in Bolton.

This is a full-time role supporting a KS1 class, ideal for an experienced TA who is confident working across a range of abilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the class teacher with daily lessons
• Delivering phonics and early reading interventions
• Working with small groups to reinforce learning

To be successful, you will:

• Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Have recent experience in a primary school setting
• Be confident supporting phonics and early literacy
• Have strong behaviour management skills
• Be patient, reliable, and committed
