SALES ADMINISTRATOR COVENTRY UP TO £34K BASE SALARY

26 DAYS HOLIDAY + BH MON-FRI 8.30AM-5.00PM

What's the deal

We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to play a vital role in

supporting my clients' sales operations. Working closely with the Regional Sales team and Internal Sales

Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of the customer journey, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly from

initial enquiry through to delivery and beyond. This is a full-time office-based position - not homeworking.

Your mission

As Sales Administrator, you will:

  • Provide essential day-to-day support to the Regional Sales team and Internal Sales function, ensuring an efficient and seamless sales process.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, machinery hire, back orders, PODs, and post-sales support.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured correctly and in line with company KPIs.
  • Consult with stock control and operations teams to confirm product availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
  • Support the Regional Sales team with quotations, enquiries, and follow-ups to help convert opportunities into orders.
  • Review daily reports and highlight any issues, ensuring corrective actions are taken where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing to support smooth operations and audit requirements.

The kind of person we're looking for

  • Experience in a sales support, internal sales, administration, or customer service role (ideally within a
  • B2B or technical environment). Administration is the biggest tick for my client
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to take ownership of issues.
  • Comfortable handling a mix of administrative, operational, and customer-facing responsibilities
  • Confident working with systems, reports, and KPIs

The Package

  • Circa £30-34k base salary
