Reach Truck Operator

We are currently looking for experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join a busy and well-established operation in Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers seeking stable, ongoing work, with immediate starts available.

As part of the warehouse team, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of stock within a high-racking environment.

• Operating Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
• Moving, loading, and unloading goods within racking locations
• Maintaining accuracy when handling inventory
• Supporting warehouse operations to meet daily targets
• Adhering to all health & safety standards at all times

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid Reach Truck licence
• Minimum 1 year of Reach Truck experience
• Proven experience working in a high-racking warehouse environment
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work PM or night shifts consistently

Bendi (Flexi) licence is beneficial but not essential - training or upskilling opportunities may be available for the right candidate.
