We are looking for a motivated and organised Office Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly - supporting staff, managing paperwork, and ensuring the day - to day operations are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering the phone and responding to emails daily
Conducting research and making report
Dealing with suppliers
Scheduling appointments with tenants and clients
Invoicing
Typing up quotes
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Positive proactive and reliable attitude
Must be a good team player and be able to work in a team as well as working
confidently on their own when needed
Able to prioritise tasks and work and work to deadlines
Strong communication skills along with good written and verbal skills

Salary dependent on experience and level of skills, minimum London Living Wage
