We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) to join our agency to support a mental health hospital based in Dorset.This role offers flexibility with both day and night shifts available, supporting ward-based care across multiple locations.

Locations:

• Bournemouth
• Poole
• Dorchester

Role Overview:

You will be working within busy ward environments, providing high-quality mental health care and support to patients with a range of needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed RMN looking for flexible working patterns and varied clinical experience.

Shifts Available:

• Day shifts
• Night shifts
• Flexible rota options

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering safe, effective, and person-centred mental health care
• Assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans
• Administering medication in line with guidelines
• Maintaining accurate clinical records
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Supporting patients during acute and recovery phases

Requirements:

• Valid NMC registration as an RMN
• Experience in ward-based mental health settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to patient safety and high standards of care
