Known for its high standards and collaborative culture, the team takes pride in delivering quality work in a positive and supportive environment.What You Will Be DoingOperating tractors and specialist machinery across a variety of sites including golf courses, football and rugby clubs, and agricultural landWorking with both trailed and 3-point linkage mounted equipmentDelivering high quality drainage solutions to clientsLiaising directly with customers and site staff, ensuring excellent serviceSupporting on site tasks, including manual work where requiredTravelling to client sites and staying away during busy periods (accommodation and subsistence provided)What You NeedProven experience as a skilled tractor driver, confident with a wide range of machineryA proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work well within a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to high standardsGood communication skills and a customer-focused approachFull, clean driving licence with the ability to tow trailersPhysical fitness to undertake manual tasksDesirable:Experience with surveying equipment and laser levelsWhat Is In It For YouCompetitive salary of approximately £25,000-£30,000 (depending on experience)Full training provided on specialist machineryAccommodation and subsistence covered when working away20 days annual leave plus bank holidaysOpportunity to work within a friendly, supportive, and close-knit teamVaried role with work across different sectors and locationsHow to Apply If you are a skilled machinery operator looking for a varied, hands on role within a supportive team get in touch
