Your role as a Nursery Room Leader

You'll take the lead within your room, creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

  • Lead and manage a room, ensuring high standards of care and education in line with the EYFS
  • Support and mentor team members, promoting a positive and collaborative culture
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's development
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers
  • Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are consistently met

What we're looking for - Nursery Room Leader

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent safeguarding knowledge and practice
  • Previous leadership experience desirable
