This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for property law who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.Key Responsibilities
- Conveyancing Assistant to support fee earners with a full range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
- Preparing and managing legal documents, contracts and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors
- Conducting searches and submitting applications
- Managing case files and ensuring all records are kept up to date
- Handling post-completion matters, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
- Providing excellent client care at all stages of the process
Requirements
- Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal assistant role is preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
- A proactive and professional attitude
