Description

• Manage workflow through the Director's office, prioritising correspondence, tasks, and requests.
• Coordinate programme-wide inputs for key returns, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor risks, opportunities, and overall performance against plans.
• Organise meetings and engagements, including logistics, materials, and tracking actions (with a focus on secure meetings).
• Oversee inbox management, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
• Use digital and collaboration tools to support clear communication across teams.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across departments.
• Manage administrative processes, including expenses, purchase orders, and registers.
• Provide line management where required.

Profile

A successful DV Business Manager should have:

• DV Clearance required
• Proven experience in managing business operations within the public sector or a similar environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using standard office software and tools for reporting and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently.

Job Offer

• Competitive daily rate: £293.42 PAYE or £400.00 Umbrella.
